From the tradition of preserves made by the friars of the convent are born marmalades with an intense and aromatic fragrance; the delicious cream is made from the fine citrus fruits of the Sorrento Peninsula. The marmalades have a sweet flavor, strongly imparted by the manually juliennne-cut peels; a goodness to be enjoyed at any time of day.
Ingredients: lemons, 500 g per 1000 g of product, sugar 50 %.
